Halloween

I LOVE Halloween! It has always been one of my favorite holidays, if not the only favorite! I like the candy of course, anyone that knows me knows I have a fantastic sweet tooth! Although now that I am older I can have enough candy. It can take awhile to get there, but it's possible! I love halloween for the costumes! I have always been a sucker for dressing up! I also have never been anyone to dress is something 'cute', no I have always tried to be something strange if not scary! At a party this year I sprayed my hair green and put devil horns in my hair, (my horns are clips so that it's hard to see how they stay on!) My husband wore a mullet and looked really strange. Although he played the perfect part! Buisness in the front and party in the back! One year I wore my devil horns and went as a mormon after midnight! Now I must explain that I am mormon so I am allowed to make fun of myself! Everyone I told thought that is was funny anyway. I'm sure that I offended someone there. Oh well you can't go through life and not offend at least 40 people!

My boys love Halloween as well. Though they like it for the candy! I've tried to make sure they are always something scary or something like that. When Ethan(6) was almost 2 he was Dracula! I had a binky with vampire teeth on it and my mother-in-law made him a black suit with a red vest. It was awsome. Lately though my boys all want to be superheros. That's as close as we get to 'cute' This year we are having 2 Batmen and 1 Superman! My house will be safe from evil! As long as it's comic book characters! In the picture though Ethan is Spiderman, Andrew is a Dragon, and Isaac is Superman!
