Children

I am having trouble latley trying to remeber that children are supossed to drive you crazy! This past week has been quite the trial for me. It all started on Wed the 5th of November. My older boys just went crazy running everywhere, jumping off of everything and not listening at all!! Then the next morning I was getting some chicken out of the freezer so I could make it for dinner when all the icecream fell out on to the floor! I lost it! I picked up some of the icecream and threw it at the back door. (It was quite frozen so it didn't make a mess.) My husband saw this and asked me if everything was all right. Of course it's not! He should have noticed something was up before I threw the icecream. That day I cleaned out the freezer. We defentely have more room in there now! I got rid of all the old icecream and popsicles. Everyone brought me icecream after Isaac was born, like all I am going to eat is icecream! I called my mom later that day and she came and picked up Andrew for a few days, which really helped alot! I was even able to help Ethan get his homework done really quick! I was surprized how fast it goes when Andrew wasn't here 'helping'. I thought that things would get better this week, but to no avail. They are still everywhere! Listening is something that little boys really don't do well I've discovered. Although they will listen to anyone else! Is that really fair! I say NO! It's been a stressful couple of weeks! I hope that things let up soon! I am going on a girls day with my friends the Jills on Sat. so that will help. We have bought tickets to Twilight! We are excited and plan to act like little teenagers! We shall be abnoxious! We shall go to the Blue Boutique and try on rediculious shoes! Yes I will let off steam in a form of being completley silly!

I know exactly how the stress of children can get to you. You always love them, but somedays you find yourself wishing you were without them. I too am going on a girls day out on Saturday - to Thanksgiving point to see Twilight and then off to Gardner Village. (but I gotta be home in time for the BYU - Utah game)
