Being a mom for over 6 years now I've come to realize a few things. One is that I am never clean anymore. I don't mean that I am fithy and don't shower, I shower everyday in fact, no, I mean I get dressed in clean clothes in the morning and by the time I can get in the car or whatever we are doing that day I have a spot on my clothes! I have claimed to be a giant napkin. My kids have wiped everything on me from ketchup to dog poop. I have yet to find out why they think I am there just to wipe their hands on. Also having a new baby I am never dry. Isaac makes sure that I have been goobered. I guess it's his way of marking his territory! I have walked around Wal-mart with spit-up on my shirt and no one telling me about it! I don't know why, but if you have spit-up on your clothes there is an untold rule that says no one is allowed to tell you. You just have to discover the spot when it is too late to do anything about it.
I have also discovered this about men. When my oldest son was a new baby I could take off his diaper and put a new one on super fast, but he would still pee on me. When he was brand new he did this about everytime I changed him. I just got to where I didn't care that much and figured that it would dry. I didn't feel the need to change everytime he did that. My husband on the other hand would change everytime. I swear he would run out of clothes doing that somedays! I think that is the differance between men and women. A mom will accept the spots as a badge from each child. A dad will change his clothes so that he looks good! HAHAHA
