Therapy

A couple people I've told that I started blogging asked me why. I told them that this is working as a sort of therapy for me. I used to write all the time! I wrote about just about everything and I haven't done that in a long time. Of course when I wrote back in high school I didn't let certain people read what I wrote, half because it was about how I felt about them or just junk that no one really needed to read, I just needed to write to empty my head at that moment.

Writing like this can really help when your head is so full that nothing else seems to fit inside of it. Also when your heart is just aching for something, but you are not sure what you want. Writing can help you decide what it is you want or need. I've decided that I need to keep blogging just for reasons like the ones I've just described. Everyday, things just seem to jump upon me and I have no clue sometimes how to handle them. I've discovered that if I just sit and write it down like I am doing I will eventually figure things out. I hope that I am able to always do things like this!
