Tonight Ethan came out of his room about 9:30 saying that he can't sleep. I told him that he needed to go back to bed and lay down with his eyes closed and eventually he would fall asleep. I told him that he should try to empty his mind of everything. Just try not to think of anything. He told me that he tried that and he couldn't see. Then he just walked back to bed.
I don't understand how clearing your mind of everything makes it so you can't see, but alrighty then!
